Horrific incidents that force your mind to assume onerously, The brutal rape case incidents of  Hyderabad in India or the latest incident of Unnao, really dismayed me of my roots. Increasing instances of Sexual harassment and Sexual assault cases are creating an atmosphere of uncertainty in society, the unwelcome sexual behavior that’s offensive, intimidating and humiliating. Who to blame Government, Society, System or Ourselves for rape crises. The biggest question is that the Republic of India has to work on building the associate economy of five trillion or to provide basic security to the people of the country, particularly to women. No doubt the Government is pursuing hard to fulfill their commitment towards this grave issue and has amended the laws but  Is there any difference in the psychology of criminals who are not terrified of any Institution or law, they are so sick that they need humanity. Suspects of the rape case of Hyderabad are killed in an encounter for which action of Police is unquestionably being praised and supported however what about the mentality of those people who are criticizing this act of police this shows their ability of the mindset in another way they support such criminals.

Can anyone understand the price of a tear from the eyes of girl child

Talking of Women empowerment is not enough, In a country which is known for its rituals of worshipping girls and women as Devi Hindu deity, celebrating festivals like Raksha Bandhan showing their respect towards women’s integrity and power these increasing incidents like rape and murder are definitely raising questions. Do these rituals ought to be continued? In such a scenario, wherever each returning day we tend to hear news of rape and murder. Is simply framing the laws enough to do with. Or time has come to ponder something concrete for stopping these types of incidents. Burning candles in candle march is not enough for those sisters who have lost their lives in such incidents or for those sisters who have round-faced such cruel incidents and their trails are in a court of law to seek justice for many several years. 

We have to change our mindset otherwise anyone can be rape victim of a cruel society

Governments Flagship program “Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao” and  “Save the girl child” at its initial stage showed some hope of psychological modification in mindset however that’s not enough. There are a number of challenges for society to face. From sexual child abuse to sexual harassment to gangrape to murder, out of all these horrific incidents few are reported and plenty of them are just buried within the family and society, according to an estimate 95% of such cases are not being even reported. Awareness and counseling of adult education programs at schools, universities and workplaces moreover in-country like India where most of the population residing in rural areas it is an utmost necessity that individuals should be taught of sexual behavior which later on transforms into sexual harassment and sexual assault. 

We are Male because of Female can't we understand 

Apart from Latest Unnao and Hyderabad rape and murder cases, there are  number of terrifying sexual assault cases solely in 2019, where a 16-year-old girl was gang-raped for 5 days in Andhra Pardesh in another alarming incident a 19-year-old girl was gang-raped by 6 men in front of her father from Bihar. In Madhya Pardesh a 12-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped and then beheaded by her 3 brothers and uncle. In Aligarh, a 4-year-old girl was raped. The 11-year-old girl was raped and murdered in Unnao and her body was found lying in an orchard. A 3-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her 11-year-old neighbor in Dehradun when the girl's parents were not at home. A social worker in Mumbai raped a 43-year-old mentally challenged woman.  A 4-year-old girl was raped and murdered after being kidnapped from a slum in Indore.  in Mumbai, a 5-year-old girl was raped and murdered after being abducted while sleeping with her family in a pavement shack. A 4-year-old girl was raped in a private school in Punjab. A 5-year-old girl was raped and murdered by her neighbor after he took the girl with him for a puja

Stop Acting Just Act

The situation becomes more terrifying and grave when so-called Saints and political leaders are involved in such kind of activities and sometimes  they are sheltered in political compulsions

Rapist should be given such a punishment that nobody dares to repeat Nirbhaya case 

No one will forget the horrific ‘Nirbhaya’ case of December 2012 within the capital territory of Delhi where six men viciously raped 23-year-old which shocked the world and jolted the Indian legal system forcing the Government to reconsider the protection of girls.  These all incidents are not only shameful however reveals that what has been done until now is not enough. Lawmakers, ought to do plenty and need to bring more harsh laws instead there should provision of harsh punishments as rapist reproductive organs should also be dismemberment so that these criminals ought to discern their actions and others should not dare try to do such an illicit act. 

Raise the voice together, No More. No Means NO

Though the Government of India is pressing hard to educate citizens and through various forums, and helplines. Special programs are being carried out at the center and state level like “She Teams” and setting up “separate women police stations” are efforts to spread awareness and security feeling among the girls. Aasra, Angala, Lawyers Collective, One Stop Crisis Centre or the Nirbhaya Centres, ICRW, Bharatiya Grameen Mahila Sangh and Azad foundation are few of organizations for girls facing such sexual harassments, Please call or email these organizations for counseling or help anytime you feel yourself in crisis.

This issue is not restricted to one country or one part of the world but global data demonstrate a stringent picture that is opprobrious for humanity.
